Making Cucumber Relish: A Canning Photo Story

  1. Hi Amy. I absolutely love your canning book. Made the blueberry lime jam, the pickles last year and now this year, the beets and the strawberry rhubarb jam. I wanted to try making the hot dog relish but just had a question before attempting it. I guess this may be a silly question but, your recipe calls for three 500ml jars. If I use six 250 ml jars instead, do I have to change anything such as processing time and headspace. Or do I have to stick to 500 ml jars?
