Ginger Wasabi Pickled Mushrooms

Today I'm writing a guest post over on Mushrooms Canada where I'm sharing a recipe for the most incredible pickled mushrooms marinated in a ginger wasabi brine. They're a quick refrigerator pickle (not canned) so you can just pop these tasty nibbles right in the fridge and start enjoying them straight away. But give them a couple days and they're even better.
