Here's how I made it:
1/2 cup liquid honey
1/3 cup dijon mustard
2 1/2 lbs chicken pieces (I used skinless breasts)
I stirred together the honey and dijon in a large mixing bowl. Half the sauce was poured into a small saucepan and set aside. The other half was tossed with the chicken pieces in the mixing bowl to coat. The chicken was grilled on medium high heat on both sides until cooked through (about 8 to 10 minutes a side).
Meanwhile, the reserved sauce was brought to a bubble over low heat and stirred frequently until thickened and caramel in colour. To finish, the sauce was poured over the grilled chicken in a large heat-proof mixing bowl and tossed to coat.
Mmm! There's no such thing as too much saucy BBQ chicken.
