My little guy spotted a half bushel of pickling cucumbers at the farmers' market last Friday (uh, thanks, dude), and he, his younger sister, and I processed 25 pint jars of dills plus another dozen of bread & butter pickles (glad it was a cool day). We've also done your four orchard chutney, corn relish, smoky chipotle tomato relish, and various jams,,, and have a few more "musts" on the lists. Loving your book and now have some new faves now to add to my Royal Winter Fair & Rose Murray/Elizabeth Baird recipes : )<br />Piphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11568724888613102431noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6272873112364234651.post-13240243324928870532015-08-20T10:45:44.698-07:002015-08-20T10:45:44.698-07:00Personally, I just use running water.Personally, I just use running water.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17656720549990106880noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6272873112364234651.post-52375761062474748342015-08-17T14:35:29.795-07:002015-08-17T14:35:29.795-07:00Would love to start canning but am wondering what ...Would love to start canning but am wondering what is the best way to clean fruits and vegetables before canning when they are not organic?
