I love cookbooks. What I look for first is a picture to go with the recipe. If there is no picture then chances are I will blow right by that page and not try it. I like ingredients that are easy to find and are not super expensive. I also find if a recipe is too fussy I probably wont try it. And finally a larger print helps.Yes.... I'm getting old.LOL

What I look for in a cookbook is consistency! I like the same recipe layout for every page. I like to see tips and tricks. I also love when I cookbook features everyday normal food but still ventures out and gets me to try more exotic foods too! I picky about cookbooks, they have to have everything! lol. ~Barbie D.
