This particular appears wonderful. Mushrooms tend to be among my personal the majority of favorite meals (alongside parmesan cheese) and so i might consume this particular actually with no meat. However We wager it is very good by using it, as well.

Sure it could. You might want to still brown the beef before adding it to your slow cooker, though, for the extra flavour, and don't stir in the spinach until the end. I'd say 7-8 on low would be good.

Oh my this is delicious. I am not use to the flavour of tarragon but it is quite nice. Next time I may use rosemary or thyme. The meat is lovely and tender and the mushrooms are divine. Thanks for a lovely recipe. A keeper to be sure.

Hi Pat - Yes, it should freeze fine since the mushrooms are already cooked. Uncooked mushrooms don't do so well in the freezer. Happy cooking!
