I discovered silk-nog (soy egg nog) last year and fell in love. It is not quite as rich but has all the yummy flavor and creamy texture! Normally we just drink it straight from the glass (OK - carton) but I like this pancake recipe! I am all for breakfast ideas that can be made ahead of time and put in the freezer.
